The main level of Bauknight House has excellent flow for entertaining. It has over 2150 sq ft including our bridal suite and guest restrooms.
These two rooms adjoin each other and are flooded with natural light. The living room can seat 30 in folding chairs.
This room opens to the living and dining rooms.
It can accommodate 20 seated at rectangle tables or 20 seated in folding chairs.
Large dining table for 10. We can add small tables to accommodate up to 16 dining guests. Or, ideal for buffet service to a larger group.
Our newly updated bridal suite is a dream space for getting ready. Ensuite private bathroom with beautiful fittings and separate water closet. Elegant finishes throughout are an elegant backdrop for pictures. Accommodates up to 8.
Upstairs we have four additional guest rooms and bathroom. Three of the rooms have king beds with the fourth being a double and also the groom's suite. The entire house accommodate 10 overnight guests.
The main floor accommodates up to 75 guests for a cocktail or drop-in style event.
The entire lower level plus covered veranda can host up to 150 people for a cocktail or drop-in style event.

Our front lawn is located just off Main St. It has a wide center walk from the street to the front steps.
The hydrangea walk connects the front of the house to the back courtyard. It also connects to the city sidewalk on S John St. This is an intimate spot to mingle or expand cocktail hour. 40' x 10'

Four hours access. Up to 16 people total. Booked up to 60 days in advance. The perfect option if you want to slip away alone or with your closest supporters to say I do.
