-Master schedule/Construction of day
-Rehearsal direction (1 hour)
-Day of direction (6 hours) ~Additional on-site direction time must be arranged and paid for in advance directly with the coordinator (Based on their availability).~
-Directing guests to ceremony, cocktail, and reception spaces. Ensuring guests have vacated and securing the venue at scheduled event end time.

-Two night accommodation for up to 10 in our five guest rooms (4 King/1 Double). Includes bridal suite
-Up to 150 guests (total count) included in price
-Options to add to the guest
-Folding chairs for guest count
-Cake table, gift/memory table, 8' tables
-High top cocktail tables (6)
-72" round tables
-Large Easels & tabletop easels
-Time for rehearsal and/or bridal brunch (no additional event charge during rental period)
-Use of venue decor/props included
-Add hours or nights at reduced rate
Non-refundable $1000 deposit and signed contract required to hold date. Tax and 3% credit card convenience fee will be applied. No fee to pay by cash or check. You will receive a code giving access for the hours you book. Remember to allow time for your food/decor set-up & removal. Please understand we cannot allow early/late access or have items dropped off outside of your reserved time. We do offer additional time for a fee based on availability.
Weddings and Large Events
Say I do or host a large event in Bauknight's timeless and elegant setting. This option is best for brides who want a one day event and don't need access to the venue before or after their wedding day.

Spaces & Occupancy
Wedding Pergola
Our pergola area is ideal for wedding seating. Most weddings we've hosted have had between 125-150 guests, but we have accommodated as many as 200 without using the adjacent patio for seating.
Glass Conservatory Tent
Our new conservatory is 3960+ sq ft and can accommodate 200+ depending on needs. Our recommend guest count for reception seating with dance floor, cake table, etc is approximately 150.
Bauknight House
Our 1906 home is a beautiful space for brides to stay and get ready with those closest to her. Just steps from the ceremony location, the home can accommodate 10 overnight guests. No access to wedding guests.

Meet Kayla
With a love for event coordination, Kayla Williams, has directed dozens of weddings and events in the upstate. She built a staff of day-of directors and collaborated with many brides and vendors to bring visions to life. She is now excited to focus her energy at Bauknight House and your next event here.
