Parking is available in marked spaces along Main Street in front of the venue. As well as a private lot located on the corner of E Main and S Johnson Streets.

There are temperature controlled bathrooms for wedding guests in our new garden restrooms as well as powder rooms at the house for small events.

Guests should arrive no more than 20 minutes before event start time and depart at the end of the scheduled event. When the bride and groom exit, that's your cue the events they planned have concluded. No after parties are to take place on venue property.

Smoking & vaping is prohibited in all buildings, including the conservatory and covered porches. Smoking is discouraged but is allowed on hard surface at the drive-way area.

Bauknight House is the bride's private dressing space. Only she and those staying in the house are permitted inside. Follow us on social media for opportunities to tour the historic home.

There are wonderful short term rentals and hotels within 15 minutes. Most are located in Walhalla and Seneca, SC. Link to accommodations coming soon.

Yes, a venue lliason/director will be on site for weddings. They're there to ensure the bride's plan is followed and help the day flow smoothly. They may also give direction to guests on when to enter and exit the ceremony, reception, etc. Please understand they're working for the bride and venue and cannot alter plans at guest(s) request. If you've been asked by the couple to help, check in with the director. Otherwise, enjoy the event the couple has planned.

Other services such as catering, music, photography, etc have been chosen by the couple. The venue and on-site director is not responsible for the service(s) vendors provide.
